The Return of the Dreaded 502?

I've started getting 502 errors again. Hopefully this is just a kink with the new software and will fix itself soon.

Maybe because everyone is accessing and posting on the forum at the same time?

The thing is, they aren't. In the general forums, the most recent posts are mine, yours, a post or two five minutes ago, then no posts until half an hour ago. There are a couple recent posts in the other forums, but it isn't unusually active. Or maybe people aren't posting that much.

One thing suggested elsewhere is that google will be indexing a lot of pages and this can cause issues initially.

Mine have seemed to have stopped for now.

They've been running a lot on the databases.  This might be here to stay for a little while as they are running scripts to go through and fix threads.

I think the conversion is still in progress.  Just because you can access it now doesn't mean it's not still doing the backdated threads.

I wanted to report same 502 bad gateway error, and got another one when I hit "submit" button.

9 out of 10 clicks on any link/butto0n on new forum gives me same 502 error.
I hope it will be more stable soon. Perhaps kerbals on "Work in porogress" screen implemented Murphy law way too good
