[Request] Add tags or a description to Kerbals

I just had this idea of adding tags or descriptions to Kerbals (in the Astronaut Complex for example).
What I mean is to have the possibility of writing notes attached to a Kerbal, so that when you select him/her for a mission, you can know what he/she has achieved, his/her past missions, or whatever you wrote for that Kerbal.
This could be useful to avoid sending Kerbals in two missions in a row, for example.

I know that Final Frontier already adds ribbon that allow to track the achievements of a Kerbal, but my suggestion will be more generic and personal, and allow to keep track of more common missions.

If anyone knows a mod like this which already exists, please tell me!
If anyone would like to make it, please do so!
Or even better, as this doesn't seem too complicated, I could even try to attempt making it myself, with some basic indications on the way to do it.
