Tantares Fairing Extension - ModuleManager+TantaresLV

I made a small set of 3 MM patches that makes 2.5m, 3.75m, and 5m fairings. It requires TantaresLV and ModuleManager.

The textures aren't as good on the 3.75m and 5m parts, but they are usable! Source code is in the download, as well as the license. I will make a version with the flat fairings as well, that should be out later this week.
