Would this planet even be possible to mod

I don't have any knowledge or experience with modding planets, but I wondered if this kind of planet could be made using the current planet making software.

YES, donut toroidal planets. And yes, it probably would be difficult to do it. But is it possible to mod one in the game?

While it may be visually possible, practically, most likely not.  In real life as well, you would have no stable orbit other than a perfectly equatorial one, which would be very hard to achieve in an interplanetary transfer.  Cool idea though.

No, this would not be able to be done with the current software.  If you were trying to land on the inside, you'd be pulled to the center due to how gravity works.
