Back in late May, I wanted two things:

  1. To try my hand at programming something actually useful.
  2. Something like ABCORS, but for velocity instead of altitude.

It was a really small tweak. Still took a while though, me being the novice I am. But it worked well enough so I sent a pull request to zentarul who promised to take a look at it. Until then, you can download it from here: https://github.com/audiorate/abcors/blob/master/release build/ABCORS.dll?raw=true

Does this still work in 1.2.1?  Id really like to see velocity at a given point too

The forum warns me that this is an old thread, but I don't think it makes sense to create a new thread in this situation.

I love the idea of this mod, I often find myself wanting to be able to tell my altitude and velocity at a given point of my orbit! It will be very useful!

I'm in the process of adopting this mod, will be available for 1.4.1

Changes include:

  •     Added settings page
  •     Removed old code for xml settings
  •     Added AssemblyVersion.tt
  •     Added .version file
  •     Added Changelog

Will be available in a day or so

Awesome. It seems to work well enough right now, but I'm glad someone is picking it up. Such a useful piece of code. Thanks.

I agree. I'm using it in its current state. Every once in a while it'll spam exceptions to the log, but no big deal. Glad to see the talented @linuxgurugamer adopting it.
