Should we use Unity 5 for modding when 1.1 comes out?

This is probably a dumb question but does anyone know if we should upgrade to Unity 5 for KSP v1.1? I figured that I probably wouldn't but I want to be sure. Even if it's not needed would anyone recommend upgrading anyways? Is the UI and methods for setting up mods similar?

For basic model exportation, the latest PartTools with Unity 4 should work just fine to export models that can be used with KSP 1.1

Model exportation is all you really need Unity3d for unless you plan to use the included MonoDevelop for coding plugins, and as above, the version that comes with Unity 4.5 will do fine.
