You're doing it wrong. You use this rocket to fit the VAB in it. And then launch everything super efficient from orbit!

I saw this mod last week and thought to myself - no way! Even for RSS no way.

However, much to my shock, with a little effort from Dr Wikipedia, I found that apparently some folks took it seriously back in the day https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sea_Dragon_(rocket)

At the back of the engine in the screenshot, that's a set of ballast tanks. When filled, the rocket turns upright.
