Favorite Space Station Mods

Hey all! Just coming back to KSP after a loooong break.

One of my favorite things to do was build orbital stations and habitats. What are some of your favorite mods for building huge space stations?

OKS/MKS is the biggest project of the kind by roverdude and the USI crew. He has a mess of add on mods that improve on MKS as you go along.

 

HabTech is a newish one, that has some good looking parts and some structural trusses.

 

Finally the last one I have played a little with is Kerbal Planetary base systems. Well thought out and a good all purpose ground based beginner base builder.

I wouldn't recommend it quite yet. Maybe in a month or two once the station stuff matures and is more fleshed out. Major thumbs up to all the other mods listed in the thread though!

Can anybody recommend some inflatable hab modules? (Similar to the BEAM module currently in orbit.) I'd love to be able to launch some inflatable modules in high density for bit loads to LKO.

Habtech and Stockalike station parts are what I use to build an all IVA ISS.

The habitat pack by Porkjet is pretty EPIC.

However, he's now working on a Much Needed REVAMP for 1.1 (hopefully). See link below for more pics.

To include smaller inflatable habs. A (what looks like) 2.5m centrifuge (MUCH NEEDED for stockalike Hermes).
