What does it mean - "Crew report"?

Please, help me.

I begin to play this game, and I have some problems with missions in Career Mode.

There are a lot of missions "Conduct a focused observational survey of Kerbin", on which you have to take the "Crew reports" above some altitude near some zone.

Could somebody explain what I have to do?

Right click a manned command pod and click the button labeled "crew report"

You must do "right-click" in the crew cabine (the head of rocket, were there is the kermans) when you are using the rocket or aircraft, so you will see several options, you must select the "crew report" option.

A couple of tricks to help with this kind of mission, waypoint manager helps with navigation to the area.

The other is to have the box open for the report before reaching the zone, this helps with aircraft that may cross the area before you open the menu. I know the example below is a rover but the principle is the same.
