Hmm, he says that he recovers much more quickly in weightlessness... I know it makes a lot of sense as muscles are completely relaxed in such state, but that also makes me wonder what kind of medical treatment that might benefit from micro-g. Probably going to make a thread about that.

Also, on another note: because he is on the ISS, which is also zipping around the earth during the time he did the marathon...he might have been the fastest and longest distance runner ever in that marathon if you look at it from the right reference frame.

you mean 'the faster than a speeding marathon' reference frame, ;^). The article said he traveled 86,000 km.

But whike im sitting here im traveling at +/- 400 m/s, plus +/- 20000 plus whatever speed the sun travels around the milky way, at any given moment im traveling faster than the iss around our galaxy, most of the time he is traveling faster.
