KSP Crashing

After the new update (1.1.2) I am not able to fly any space or aircraft. every time I load up one(direct from runway or from SPH) the screen zooms out and all the gauges are max out.

side note i'm running a iMac 27" late 2013 on OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 with a 3,4 GHz Intel Core i5 and 8 GB of ram

Update I've solved the problem. when i was looking through the log to see on what it bugged out(side note the program din't actually crash) i saw there where mods installed. I thought i was running a clean version of the game. when I removed all of them the bug disappeared. I'm yet to discover which of the mods was the problem but that means that the mystery is solved. thanks for the replies
