AFAIK, BD Armory is the only one, and Bahamuto seems to have moved on to non-KSP projects. He hasn't logged into the forums since Monday, and hasn't said anything for quite a while longer. As of right now, there aren't really any good options unless you have a crazy amount of RAM and a lot of patience to deal with game crashes.
