New Rover Wheel Setup

Are there any tutorials or guides as to how the new wheels should be setup for 1.1.x?

Don't think so. best thing to do is to extract one of the wheels that is the closest to your design and work it out that way. ( if you've made wheels previously you'll find things a bit  different) You can with some reworking of the hierarchy convert  pre 1.1 wheels to the current spec,  and like all wheel related stuff once you've done one it's always easier next time around

You mean import the MU to Blender? So, this preserves the proper hierarchy?

Yes and sort of, in my case while the hierarchy remains correct the rotation of the transforms is not to be trusted. Plus it stacks on extras and usually adds colliders it's not hard to work out whats what though
