My game version is 1.9.0 and Angara rocket doesn't appear in game at all  not even a single bolt !

I am using 1.9.1. Try deleting and reinstalling it

Are you saying stock mod without any modification just works fine with 1.9.1. version?! would try it .

I am going to release a new version with a .version file soon. For now,  you can use the old version

I have not published my works for several years, and I am not going to do it in the future, the KSP community has created everything that is possible, just need to search well.
