im OPT-IN for prerelease and steam wont update to 1.1.3

i do have opt-in selected for the prerelease, 1.1.3 is currently out but my game is still only on version 1.1.0.1228, i even tried going back to the last stable version and then back to prerelease again but it still didnt help. has anyone else had this issue?
