Those numbers are a little out of date, and are about 20% low now, I think. Wasn't it slashy who made a list like this?

I found that the OX-4 series works well enough out at jool for probes who don't use much power, just probe functions and perhaps send some science from time to time, you would need batteries to transmit science anyway. 
An PB-NUK is heavier, far more expensive and overkill for standby probes, anything manned, large or designed to be used a lot get the rtg,

I think they're too high.  I get about 0.9 from a Gigantor at Jool.
