Can I ask what you mean by all turrets must be fixed forward?

Limit their yaw, pitch, and roll ability to 0 degrees in the right click menu.

And have them pointing forward of your vessel where forward being the direction of travel whilst flying

ANY crashes into the ground causing functional damage on takeoff will not have the match restarted. That includes damage to wings and engines. Also, if 2 planes die within 5 seconds of each other, the round will be called a tie. Death is considered disappearance on Vessel Switcher.

"No weapons externally on a craft(except for Vulcan Hiddens, GAU-8s, and 50 cal. turrets)"

So any missles we use must be inside the aircraft?

Also what parts of B9 are we allowed to use? All of them?

Yes, all of them, and yes.

@Alphasus - Just to confirm, I am not allowed to change the missiles per target to more than 1?

Yes, as all guard mode stuff stays default except for firing interval(which you can change).

Umm, firing interval controls how fast you launch your missiles and by default is set to 3 ... missiles per target is what I am asking about which controls how many missiles are launched at a target which is by default 1

I know. What I was saying was that the only setting in the guard mode panel that may be changed is firing interval. Since missiles/target isn't firing interval, you can't change it from the default of one. Sorry about the sorta patronizing way this sounds. It wasn't intended that way.

Then what is the point in being able to control the firing interval if you are not allowed to have more than one missile in the air?

Firing interval controls the timing between each missile launch and if we are only allowed 1 missile at a time in the air then there isn't any point in allowing us to change the firing interval

Firing interval also changes the chaff and flares launch rate, as well as how often a plane will scan to see if a missile has missed or hit. It doesn't only affect missile launch, but the timing of when the AI checks for a target's location and status. At 1, you can run out of countermeasures fast, but are more likely to avoid a missile, as well as more likely to fire again after noticing that a missile missed.

This I did not know ... Thank you for the clarification

Just getting a plane finalized for entry.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of the designs and ideas since so far the planes have been "Classified" and "Top Secret" so far (as in nobody has posted pics yet). ^_^

I have kept pics off this thread so far, so that people can't see any of the planes unless it is done so voluntarily. Thanks for the update PM by the way.
