COL in SPH Glitching Out

[i like turtles]

So I've been making an F-35 Replica(that looks really horrible) and i wanted to see if it would fly. I checked the COL and COM and the COL was all the way on the floor. (I tried to test fly it but it didn't take off and flipped out)

EDIT: It''s a little hard to see. The COL is below the plane on the floor.

If so, it might be to do with clipping. Maybe you could try replicating the problem or even trying to redo the clip-heavy parts of the craft to see if it happens again.

I saved the craft file and re downloaded the game. Works fine now. I think I may have broken something as many planes that were working before on the same version stopped flying.

Does the issue start appearing after a certain part is placed? Or does the COM and COL seem off from the very beginning of construction. Are you running any mods? 

I've never seen anything like this before. Strange.

It's possible (though looks unlikely from your picture) that the lifting surfaces are angled just perfectly that they are in-line with the direction of "wind" in the SPH. That can result in the CoL showing "zero" lift, which can cause it to drop to the floor. Does it still do this if you grab the whole plane and rotate it some?

@V7 Aerospace I built this plane with no mods installed and the problem occured. I installed a few mods after and it still persisted.

@Claw I've tried flipping it and it doesn't work. And I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but all the planes that previously worked perfectly fine on the same version now veer off to the left while around the middle of the runway and they just flip out when i try to control them.

@V7 Aerospace I didn't check my COL until I finished building the plane so I can't really tell whether it occured due to a certain part being placed or the it started from the beginning. I'm suspecting it's because I clipped many parts together
