Patch 1.2 enable PBR shader ?

No, 1.2 does not enable PBR / Unity-Standard shader support.

KSP does not support/setup/use ReflectionProbes which are needed for the PBR shaders.  As far as I'm aware there are problems with the multi-camera/multi-layer rendering scheme used by KSP (normal space, scaled space, etc..) that prevent ReflectionProbes from working out-of-the-box.

reflection probes do work. just not exactly as you'd expect. It's actually a very interesting way to get a behind the scenes look at how the KSP scenes are built. :D Check Lilleman's plugin thread, I capped a few videos.
