Usage of Student Discount Codes

Recommended Posts

Howdy all:

My physics class has started their Kerbal adventure Some are getting hooked and would like to make use of the discount codes that came with the licenses I purchased.

According to the instructions included in the e-mail, "To use these student coupon codes, go to kerbalspaceprogram.com store, add Kerbal Space Program into your cart, go to checkout page and fill in your coupon code in the appropriate textfield to get the discount."

Does that mean I purchase the game via my account and then somehow get the game to the students?  Or do the students make an account and purchase it and put the code in at some point?  If I purchase it how do I transfer the game to the students?

HAVFND!

Not alot of support for the education sector product then..... Interesting, considering theyre trying to use squads system for purchasing more products.

thought a tad more importance wouldve been put on a product purchased and used to teach others, not just played as a game as it were. Maybe thats just 'me'

its all interesting viewing, watching how things get handled.... Or not

hope u get ur answer Mr Teacher Sir :)

Try making an account.  Put KSP in a cart  go to check out enter the code (you don't have to finish the purchase) and see if the discount shows up.  If it works you'll have your answer.
