Kind of interesting, but:

- I had to read half the thing just to figure out what this challenge was even about... A short description of what need to be accomplished might be useful

- There is a huge difference in difficulty if your ring is 2km or 20m in diameter. Maybe you should provide a standard ring craft file for everyone to use?

Of of that..  The challenge is pretty hard, going through a ring around the moon from Kerbin orbit without propulsion past Kerbin is barely possible atmo, you'd need a lot of math a near perfect timing...  I doubt anyone could manage to do it for a ring in orbit of another body.

Did you actually manage to do it, even for the Mun? Can we see your succesful attempt?

I Will make it a bit Easier, and add a description soon

Level 4: .... you really want the ring no closer than 500,000,000,000 meters ?

You DO realize that this is some 5 times further out than even Eeloo ever gets?

And that the relative speed of passage through the target will be in single-digit meters per second, making this the EASIEST of the challenges?

But the precision required to get a perfect encounter will make this a next-to-impossible challenge.

Actually, at that distance, orbital velocity is still a screaming 1.5km/s, which means the fly-through happens at a 3000m/s speed difference. At that speed, good luck getting your video recording to catch even a single frame of the fly-through that can serve as clear proof.

The only place where you can get single digit orbital speeds is close to the edge of Gilly SoI. As far out as the game will cheat, 111862m, it's 8.1m/s, which still means racing at each other at a double digit 16.2m/s, and a collision at that speed means getting deorbited or launched into an escape trajectory for the smaller craft. Pol and Minmus are only somewhat worse at 26-28m/s, everything else is three and four digits. Outer Kerbin orbits are 400-ish m/s.

A mere fraction of a degree in deviation of inclination will still show as 0.0, but at those distances will put you off course tens of km.
