is there a levitation mod for large ships?

hi, so im trying to build some large space ships like the ones seen in movies and i was wondering if there was a mod out there that would help getting them off the ground without the use of cheats.

vessel mover can help move em.... but its still kinda "Cheaty".... there are also some warp core mods, but again, most of them are either overpowered, or like roverdude's, can be used below a certain altitude...

Kerbal foundries I think has hoverpads which you can combine with tweakscale, as for the cheatiness of it..well you're talking about sci-fi.

Another option - depending on what you mean - might be to use Extraplanetary Launchpads to build them off-planet.  A lot of the big ships seen in movies and such are designed to be built and operated only in space, after all, and EL lets you do that.
