EDIT: I hire a militia, give them all full suits of upgraded X-01 Power Armor, laser Gatling guns, and have them storm @The Minmus Derp's bunker- house. They set off a nuke once they reach the cookie vault. All cookies, and much of his planet, are destroyed.

Well, because of the way variables work in literally every coding language, you never specified what 'except me and' is and you should probably list all fifty thousand forum members. You would also have to define how it should interpret what 'cookie_owner' and 'people_who_will_never_have_the_cookie'. You'd have to set a new function. And besides,most languages are much more complex.

So that's just a three line syntax error.
