[1.3.X] [Kopernicus] Cerillion

There were a few exceptions.

Also, as I mentioned in my youtube comment, this was a fresh install. For the record, steps to reproduce:

  1. KSP 1.2.2.1622 x64.
  2. Delete everything from gamedata folder except the Squad folder.
  3. Install Planet Cerillion and dependencies via CKAN.
  4. Install scatterer w/ default dependencies configs (I tested w/ default config, SVE sunflare). My main save uses different scatterer config and still has the same issue.

I really liked cerillion, but sadly changes in kopernicus 1.3.1-4 made this pack incopatible.
Now I that I know how to fix it, I took my liberty to do so.
If you (TWG) don't want me to distribute this here ,then  I'll accept  to remove it without complaint.

Ummm ... are the rings *supposed* to be a ten-sided polygon?

Okay, did a little fooling around with it, the fix is to go into the file Cerillion_1.cfg, and comment out the line in the Ring node that says "steps = 10". That gets the circular rings back..

Just to mention, I'm no Kopernicus beginner, I literally just glossed over that simple value because I haven't really done anything with rings

My apologies. I've actually just gotten into it myself fairly recently, and I don't really know who all the "players" are yet. No harm or insult was intended.

Since this pack has no .version file to maintain, mebbe worth updating the thread title as new KSP updates drop?
Some devs show min-current range of KSP versions that they will offer support for... generally meaning no significant breaking changes...
ie [1.3.X - 1.7.3] ... then just update the "1.7.3" whenever needed...
Also, its pretty easy to update the KSP version on SpaceDock, without having to relist, or upload a new package...
