Hm. Are you close enough to it (the disassemble option will appear from further than the link option)?

Sigh. I'm assuming you installed through CKAN then-you can open your KSP dir from the File dropdown in CKAN.

MKS is several mods, so I wouldn't trust CKAN with this-download it from the github, extract the zipped file and transfer all six folders from the GameData folder in the MKS download folder into the GameData folder in the KSP dir. CKAN will have installed them in your GameData already, delete them first.

I'll echo this - you should be able to start a link from what I see there.  Check KAS (maybe reinstall it from scratch) and get a log out, because something is not working right there - and I know it works for me, so it has to be unique to your install.

you don't need a tool to link stuff in KAS, the tools are only needed for attaching parts (and that's actually part of KIS)

@Matou1612 please post your KSP.log. It will be inside your main KSP folder

I did run into a bug of my own though-the MKS applet has disappeared completely.

I was probably not clear enough, it's during catch up that it happens, not just from a local switch and switch back.

Initiated catchup, and it still has chems in it.

Check PL for them, maybe? I'm assuming your applet still works.

Scratch everything... I'm going to do some experimentation tonight and see what happens.

What are you referring to with the "applet"

I mean the button that opens the Kolonisation Dashboard. It's completely disappeared for me, even after reinstalling MKS. Something to do with the pre?

Just let CKAN update mods on my 1.2.2 install, got a bunch of USI updates, got a bunch of "USI xyz was built to run on KSP 1.3" warnings from AVC, game crashed during loading.

So a heads up - letting CKAN install these updates on 1.2.x will crash your game :(

You have a minimum KSP version in your CKAN metadata, right?
