My sig has the following link, which IS specific:

And than you for deleting the big post quickly.

Delete the loading screen manager, it is not the correct version  and isn’t needed to run the mod

Does it crash with Kopernicus and nothing else?

I also saw a Modular Flight Integrator mod installed, be sure to remove that as well

I removed that, now it starts with the basic pack installed and kopernicus but no stars.

Did you follow the installation instructions?

Are there cachefiles written in KSS/Cache?

How much RAM do you got?

So it seems your problem was MOdular Flight Integrator.

Now, make a new install, only add in the Modular Flight Integrator.  If it crashes again, try the following:

1.  Download and install a new copy of it from one of the two download locations, you can find them in the first post here:

2.  If it still crashes, then post a message WITH A LINK TO THE NEWEST LOG FILE in the thread I just listed above

If it doesn't crash, try the full install again, using the new download instead of what you had

There is no difference between 1.3 or 1.3.1 when it comes to the planets. So it doesn’t matter if you use KSS on 1.3 or 1.3.1.

Not true. If you want it backward compatible, everything not Kerbin needs "isHomeWorld = false" or they will break. Kerbin also needs that same value, but true.

Edit: in "Properties". I think you knew that.

Uhm that’s already the case for 0.7. KSS 0.7 was constructed in 1.3. I’d not say [1.3.1] Kerbal Star Systems if it was not true

@Zero132132 I prepared those parts in KSP 1.3.0 and met no problem. My clean install was indeed in 1.3.1 so there must be another mod causing this very odd interference. Share your output_log and your ModuleManager.ConfigCache. (Don't directly paste their contents onto the forum, that's very bad.)

Alright, just put the file back and started again. Here's the stuff.

Log file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/tv1v94884v4y563/KSP.log

Config cache: https://www.mediafire.com/file/hdbpc2tf1ckl2pg/ModuleManager.ConfigCache

This is not a clean install, right? I don't have time to scan through everything.

Just start with a clean and install a mod - run game - install mod - run game.

You'll quickly find out which mod is causing the issue.

No. Wasn't willing to go quite that far. Might still even have a few tweaks that I made when trying to figure out this issue. Are you concerned enough about this to want me to do a full reinstall with all the same mods? There's a pretty easy fix that makes everything functional, at least. I'll do it if you really want to figure out what's up.

It only starts without flight modular when i have the mod installed, but with the flight modular installed it only works without KSS I believe this mod is broken...

This crash still occurs with no mods installed. IF you want do a new ksp 1.3.1 install and add kopernicus with its flight modular , and the basic pack of this mod and it should happen.

I just did a clean install of KSP + KSS + Kopernicus (+ModularFlightIntegrator)

KSS_INSTALL.png?dl=1

And everything worked fine. So nothing is broken.

This is how my gamedata looks like. All  I can assume is that  I installed it incorrectly. Am I suppose to put anything inside kopernicus?

No just paste everything in GameData. Nothing in Kopernicus.

I think im stupid. I think I got 32bit ksp but didn't notice since in launcher settings I put it to launch 64bit. Installing 64bit game now. Sorry for wasting your time.. Are most of the stars not suppost to have planets?

As of right now, the only stars that have planets are Kerbol, Kirb, Kelin, and Kernim. Other star systems will be added with Part 2.
