I would like a prettier KSP

I know of a few mods to make KSP as pretty as our own universe, but, to my knowledge, they are outdated. does anyone have a suggestion for a mod that makes staring at my rocket doing maneuvers less boring? Its even better if they add more planetary bodies.

For as far as I know, scatterer, stock visual enhancements etc. are all up to date for 1.2.2

Install Texture Replacer as well from this other GitHub, and then install a custom skybox and make the universe background better. There are three great realistic ones from Poodmund here and a bunch from EVE Online and some misc ones in my signature.

A skybox (in gaming) is the sky and universe background. Why stop at just the Sun and the atmosphere?
