if the textures for the old parts are still in the game this is just hypothetical but could you go into the game files and find the parts themselves?

I don't know if the old textures are still in the files but there is a mod that adds the old parts. I don't know if this is what you want or if the mod even works but it does have a lot of the old parts.

All the parts are in the GameData/Squad/Parts/ folder, and the old parts are no longer in there.
