Bug, intention or something that wasn't cared about

I have a feeling that the tag was big as word but now I get this on phone (720x1280)

Also why are there only images of person who last replied on mobile vereion?

I am not sure exactly what the problem is in the above image. Can you be more specific?

Edit: If I am interpreting that correctly, the extra-long tag looks to a IPS bug, which we can't do anything about. Not sure what the deal with the picture problem is as everything looks good to me.

I think it's the tag being full width instead of just the length of the word. I can't reproduce it here, what browser/OS are you using?

Chrome (latest) on android (6.0)

I think this happens when thread title isn't long enough to push into upper line and tag fills space that was created when skipping to next line
