Add a notification when one of your threads gets stickied

I only noticed that my airliner safety challenge was TOTM in the challenges and mission discussion when I looked at the top by chance and spotted the pinned symbol.  Please, if it is possible, add a notification for when a thread is stickied.

Not supported by the software directly, I'm afraid. You were tagged in the April Threads of the Month OP, which should have triggered a notification for you (assuming you haven't disabled those).
