If you've chosen the no limits class, it HAS to adhere to the basic rules. One of these is to stay below 70 000 metres at ALL times during your record run. If you do another record run and stay below 70 000 metres at all times I'll accept the run.

Nice attempt! Added in the no limits speed category, I can't add you in the points category due to the lack of certain details such as Distance and part count. Please show a FULL picture of the F3 screen next time :).

Scoring as ((top speed+distance)- mothership speed)/parts count=points

so if i fly up to 69995m, at orbital speed, and use the very rare puff of propulsion from my ion engine, i could score several billion points?

best stato-skimmer uses about 0.5 sec of ion drive, twice per orbit, to maintain this position

There is VERY little aero drag at space-5m

Meh, I can get up to 3000+ in the atmo stock no cheats easily, the problem is the altitude you need to be at, to slow down and stay under 70km you need to carry around another engine which is VERY prohibitive.

Ok my ship is 26 parts, 19,175 kg, traveled 2,501,225 meters, the highest speed was 1,813 m/s, and it stayed below 32,000 meters.

The box rule prohibits this but the no limits class does not, so long as the final stage is recovered... I really should update the rules. Anyway, good luck!
