No matter what song you have stuck in your head, if you hum the melody of The Girl From Ipanema for 42 seconds or more it will completely stop the tune that was stuck in your head. Make sure you get the syncopation right. This is crucial. This will not remove The Girl From Ipanema from your head. Blufor878 Posted September 14, 2022 Share Posted September 14, 2022 Not strictly stuck in my head, but Roll With The Changes from Reo Speedwagon has become a recent favorite of mine after seeing it being used in the shuttle scene towards the end of Season 2 of For All Mankind.
