Thanks guys for letting me rant to you! My friends and I love to tear around listening to Green Day..but this song especially! Ocean Avenue really hits home... I had a really good friend of the name Vytoria...she moved to Rapid City (351 miles away) last school year...we didn't even get to say good bye (her dad did it on a whim...he's a nutjub. Once brought home a homeless dude her met in a bar 'because he was cool/ the guy then went and peed on their couch....) Anyways, Tori and I were really, really good friends...and she left lost contact with her over the summer and I know that if I could find her now....things would get better. Teenage heartbreak queen also hits home in this manner...."I fell in love with my best friend, she fell in love with with you instead, cus she's a teenage heartbreak queen, oh it's me and my misery' that's exactly what happened....I fell for Rebekah Some.....stuff happened now she might be with Grant (former friend of mine) and it's just me and my pain (depression...4+ years now) ironic thing is that Rebekah is deaf, and a song rings true about us!
