Ok, perhaps as an part for manned missions too? 
Manned missions would require an new and stronger launch tower with an elevator so you could use that for fairing integration too. 
You would need an small crane on top and walkway around the top, winch fairing up, eject the rocket, go up and attach fairing to rocket.
