Those pictures are beautiful! It’s actually happening!

Too bad I can’t see a midnight cherry Tesla roadster in the edges of that photo. I wonder if they’ll encapsulate it at the same place they do everything else?

They'll encapsulate and then integrate.

WOAH.

It's happening!!! I wonder why they aren't showing the second stage/fairing, but that view of 27 engines is just so amazing!

Because they have to test it, then integrate for launch.

I wonder if they will test with S2 on the stack (new procedures, etc, might mandate more of an all up static fire).

2nd stage is there, just not the payload/fairing... maybe they want to keep something under wraps for now? I don't know their reasoning. Or they just wanted to show the rocket is here and (nearly) ready. Plus, you know, HYYYPE.

Standard practice, now. The payload/fairing aren’t installed until after the static fire thanks to the AMOS-6 incident. And since they’re even more worried about lighting this thing up...

I sense Elon wants to get a few more miles in on his ride, too.

Ahh, okay, thanks for the heads up :)

The difference is, (most) of the rest of us are confident she will actually fly... even if it’s not on the first try.

Are you saying I don't think it'll fly? Ever? You haven't been paying attention.

I’m saying, until recently you don’t seem to think it even existed...

Are you relishing the chance to tell me "I TOLD YOU SO"? Hahaha! Your faith in a four-year delayed booster is noted.
