The trivial part of the tank done, the center one between the fuel and oxidizer as you need to run pipes from the oxidizer tank trough the fuel tank to power the engines while avoiding mixing lots of fuel and oxidizer outside the engines. Bottom cap simply has to have short pipes to all the engines. This will be a bit more complex on the booster because of engine overload. My guess is that they feed two and two engines.
