And they’ve already demonstrated that with F9 and Starlink launches, so all they really have to do is make Superheavy well, work.

Easy-peasy, right? :D

They also already have authorization to launch from Cape with starship from the FAA, though I can't find online the number of launches per year from a quick search 

 

Edit: found it! 24 launches from the cape per year currently allowed, which can as well be increased
