Nice landing, smooth as you can do it.
Was a bit scared after separation as speed fell and continue to fall, I expected an small drop before second engine spun up but it continued to fall then I understand it was first stage data.

Solar panels deployed -The final piece of the puzzle!! At least when it comes to the webcast... It has quite a busy working shift coming up to say the least!

Yet another (preliminary) success by Spacex, doesn't get much better than this!

How does the Falcon first stage know where the landing pad is? Specifically, how does it handle the terminal guidance? Is there an array of radio beacons located around the pad?

I was wondering the same thing...

I just assumed that their "g" key was a bit sticky.

You have to hold or double tap. Safety feature I think... or is that the deploy stage key?

Oh, and this thing looks exactly how I'd imagine a real sc-fi take on a landing from space to look. Sad most go for "magic" style effects in movies. This is a thing if sci-fi come real.

PS, I never knew it was 10 mins for the second stage deploying the Dragon. Makes sense from my Kerbal games, but forgot the second stage is not taking the Dragon up to the ISS it's self.
