Unless, you know, it's windy that day or something.

Interesting point. Wonder what the limits are for recovery of the booster for this flight? Would they delay over bad weather downrange?

Apparently there are some fairly major differences between Raptors still:

This must be a photo of the installation in MK1?

Starhopper didn't have 3. I don't think SN1 got as far as 3 engines installed. SN3 also lost before engines installed. SN4 has only had one.

If that's the case then we maybe don't need to get too excited. MK1 could just have been posing for the cameras with whatever would fit. I heard #8, #9 & #10 were earmarked for Mk1, but that doesn't mean those are the ones installed. Could be some significantly earlier numbers there.

Yes on MK1 was just to bolt the engines below the skirt to take an up skirt photo.

Maybe I should do a Google search on that ... OK, no. I guess I should not.

it was an guess from mine side but as the fins was just bolted on I assumed the same was true for the engines.

That last photo in particular...

Check out the fat falcon legs!

Interesting, I started to wonder if this was a new design change when I realised that it's just a stylised logo and probably doesn't reflect the real landing leg plans in any way.

Though Starship/Super Heavy's design is extremely flexible, so we never know...;)

Edit: New NASA Spaceflight video, there are nosecones everywhere in Boca Chica!
