Can't achieve RT-5 flea contract though i have green checks

I've received all green checks when attempting to get the RT-5 Flea test contract, why doesn't it mark it as complete?   I've been able to get this several times, but the game won't mark it complete.

try right clicking on the part and press the "run test"

or since its a test, you can do it during staging, if you are just bringing it up, that's a "haul" contract, where you don't have to do any tests, just bring it up

can you give a picture just so I can be sure that you haven't missed anything?
