Does anyone have PartTools for KSP 1.2.2?

So, I was working on a mod, and I was wondering, DOES ANYONE HAVE PARTTOOLS I CAN USE?

I cannot find it anywhere, at least not working, so, I was wondering, does anybody in the community have PartTools? And maybe, could you put it somewhere so I can download it?
