TweakScale and Realism overhaul

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Ive installed RO with RSS to make RRS more playable. The only thing that dissapoints me is every time i try to install RO it breaks tweakscale for almoast every part.

I have seen RO tends to disable tweakscale for parts, is there a way to enable it again?

PS: I am using RO 11.5.0 and TweakScale 2.3.3
Thanks in advance!

Yep, there's a way. You can delete is somewhere in the configs. But it isn't realistic. Engines etc. are real and can be upscaled to the right size. because they will loose their 'right' thrust etc.
The way I build in RO, is by just beautify-ing the bottom of the rocket. Using procedural parts etc. like this:

Well i understand that but its just with probes, on low tech you do not have enough sizes to get enough DeltaV given a level 2 vab and a low budget. So you will have to stick to downscaling in order to get more DeltaV out of your fuel.

Thats why i need TweakScale else i get stuck on some missions ect.

Smaller probe cores are getting available on the tech node Miniaturization, but in my experience, you can do pretty much with everyhing before that node. In my career, I made a lot of 1m core probes. But the core was the thickest part where the procedural parts were a top and bottom cone. Also, you can reduce the amount of electronic charge in the prove core by accesing the UI, and full it up with fuel.
