No drag from Mk3 Ramp

I think what you mean instead of "drag" is directional lift.

Those MK3 parts are considered lifting surfaces. Lifting surfaces are defined to be symmetrical. So as long as you are following prograde, there will be no lift in one direction or another.

There is drag on the part that pushes backwards.

Still seems to be lots of drag in front of CoM. The kind of vessel that flips with a hair of deviation from prograde.  

Very strange,  to say the least.
