No drag from Mk3 Ramp

is it normal or just aerodynamics bug? (still have 1.2.2, but looks like it present in 1.3)

I think what you mean instead of "drag" is directional lift.

Those MK3 parts are considered lifting surfaces. Lifting surfaces are defined to be symmetrical. So as long as you are following prograde, there will be no lift in one direction or another.

There is drag on the part that pushes backwards.

As @bewing explained the stock aerodynamics of Ksp, there's a mod that does correct that: FAR 

However, this mod is not up to date for 1.3.x as far as I know.

Still seems to be lots of drag in front of CoM. The kind of vessel that flips with a hair of deviation from prograde.
