Access Violation Crash Repeatedly in game loading screen(1.3)

For context, i have a list of mods installed

Near Future Propulsion

Near Future Solar

MKS Colonization

SSTU

Trajectories

Kerbal Engineer

KIS 1.3 version

Module Manager 

 

So what's the problem. At each startup, at the pre-init phase. The game crashes all of the sudden and this repeatedly happens.So this is the log

I tried KSP x64, but it came back with the same log. Also force opengl didn't either 

Is there any solutions?
