Autostrut missing? (FIXED)

I recently had to COMPLETLEY re-install my KSP save recently, and discovered after opening up the VAB that autostrut was not around at all. Is there a setting that I am missing? Or has one of my mods corrupted it?

OH! it could be the advanced tweaks on the settings.. Maybe if you re-installed KSP the setting were off.

This a career mode game? Autostrut won't be available until regular struts are. Otherwise they're available with Advanced Tweakables enabled.
