Creating fonts issue

I follow the tutorial in thread Creating Fonts for Localization. When Generate KSPFontAsset  then get the error:

FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'TextMeshPro, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.

TextMeshPro is not bundled with unity, it's a separate package that you need to install by yourself. You can do it using the asset store in unity.

TMP imported already. I can create TMP FontAsset in step 4, but get an error like that in step 5.

Use script TextMeshProResolver, I could Generate KSPFontAsset.

After putting file .fnt in the GameData folder and create a mod activate the font, I got an error:

When try putting TextMeshPro-1.0.55.56.0b11.dll in the KSP_Data/Managed (and KSP_x64_Data):
