Multi-monitor KSP... But more complicated. (NEED ANSWER)

Hello everyone. I am currently designing a real 1:1 playable scale replica of the Mk1-2 command pod in KSP. 

However, I want monitors behind each window separately, like this:

Is there any way to only record that part of KSP on a monitor?

I think that question fits better in Add-on Discussion subforum. (people with the knowledge on how to do it will more often gather there)

From what I know (not much more than John Snow) the trick part of your project is the Navball markers, not those windows. So I assume someone will be able to help you. In any case good luck, seems like an awesome project.

BTW you said 1:1 scale...How did you figured out the actual size? I'm under the assumption that kerbals are considerable shorter than humans, so maybe the playable replica should be bigger than the in game thing?
