Reusable launch rocket (stock)

this is mostly handy for career mode and want to save a lot of money on  launches.

computer core - battery - reaction wheel - 4 solar panels - 4 air brakes - 8 mk2-R parachutes - MK-3 to 2.5 fuel - 2 big fuel tanks - mammoth engine

6 modular girder pointing downward -6 heavy duty lander legs attached to them- make sure they go past the engine bells or boom on landing.

bring to full orbit and de-couple payload

land as close as possible to space center for most money recovered.

it also helps to keep a shot of fuel left just in case you over shoot like i almost did myself.

now all you do is recover vessel, go to tracking station and fly the payload you just left in orbit.

hope this is useful to someone, and it helps you get really good at landing.

Hi Invision

Awesome looking!

Where exactly are the parachutes attached? I can't seem to spot them in any of the pictures.

Thanks and regards

Ork

6 are on the reaction wheel placed sideways, the other 2 near the solar panel/air brakes

What does the payload of this craft do in career mode?

it was just an example to show the launcher taking something to space.

this is useful for manned missons to get science and return like the mun, duna, ect.

now you landed 2 crafts and the entire launch cost you maybe 10k

For any launch vehicle it's important to know what mass it can put into orbit.
Well done, by the way, I've been having a horrible time with reusable rockets recently.  Unfortunately a while ago KSP became all about spaceplanes.
