why isn't this mission finished?

i get a ship with 2200 units of fresh ore from minmus splashed down at kerbin

but the condition isn't met.

do i need to get the ship landed on ground not on sea?

Can't see your pictures but I think you have the answer. If the contract specifies "land the ore on Kerbin" it does indeed mean a splashdown doesn't count.

Yup, "landed" means on land. Splashed doesn't count.

Oddly, if you open the image locations in a separate tab, you can view them properly. However, @bewing has the correct answer. "Landed" means landed, not splashed.

Also note, ore from anywhere should now complete that contract.
