Do the tracking station dishes for Tier 1 & 2 rotate in v1.3 like the Tier 3 ones do?

I just looked at the dishes using Kerbal Konstructs that are used for the ground stations and they are the exact same model as the ones at the Tracking Station but they have a built-in animation to slew and elevate. Hopefully it's easy enough to Squad to just swap in these models instead of the static one currently in use?
